That was quite a bit to digest between rabbit and jerky. You're always welcome to read through The Archives ( oldest posts ) as well as the previous 50 of my posts located along the right side of this page. I'm going to be tel;ling you about ham including the curing, Foodborne Organisms associated with hams, and the many varieties of ham and ham products. Hope you enjoy it. I have to say that PROSCIUTTO HAM and Hickory Smoked hams are some of my favorites. As always, thanks for writing to me. I always try to answer ASAP. Usually within a day or so.
